How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 3–5 working days anywhere in Oman. Express is 1–2 working days for an extra OMR 1.500.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — on orders over OMR 15, no codes needed. Smaller orders carry a flat OMR 1.500 fee.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Absolutely. COD is available for orders under OMR 200 across all Omani governorates.
How do returns work?
You have 14 days to return any unopened item for a full refund. Opened products with quality issues are also covered — just send us a photo.
Are your products authentic?
Every product is sourced directly from the brand or its official Middle East distributor. We'll happily share authenticity certificates on request.
How do loyalty points work?
You earn 10 points per OMR spent. 100 points = OMR 1 off at checkout. Points expire 12 months after they're earned.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel any time before the order ships. Once shipped, the standard returns policy applies.
