What we collect
When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order history. When you pay by card, payment details go directly to our processor — we never see your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfil orders, send you order updates, answer your questions, and — only if you opt in — to send marketing emails. You can opt out any time from the bottom of any email.
Who we share it with
We share addresses with our shipping partners only as needed for delivery. We never sell your data. We may share aggregated, anonymised statistics with our suppliers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal records-keeping obligations). Email privacy@reneestore.com.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: a session cookie so the site remembers your cart, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) so we can see which pages are popular. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the cart may not work without the session cookie.
