Orders & contracts
Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we email you to confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline an order for any reason (out of stock, suspected fraud, pricing errors, etc.) and refund any payment in full.
Prices
All prices are in Omani Rials (OMR) and include all applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but the price you saw when you placed your order is the price you pay.
Returns
Returns are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Shipping & Returns.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability we cannot legally exclude.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Muscat.
